Your airport transfer starts before you land. Sharing the correct flight, local arrival date and exact hotel gives our team the information needed to coordinate your private pickup at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

Before you reserve

Check the airport code on your flight confirmation. PUJ is Punta Cana; SDQ is Las Américas, serving Santo Domingo. They are different airports, and choosing the wrong one changes your transfer. Use the airport shown on the actual flight you will arrive on, especially if your journey has a connection.

Enter the complete hotel or property name, your service date and local arrival time, the arriving flight number, all passengers and the vehicle class. Book at least 12 hours before the service. If the form cannot match your property confidently, contact us rather than selecting a similarly named hotel.

After landing: finding your pickup

Allow time to leave the aircraft, collect any checked baggage and complete the airport arrival process. Follow the meeting instructions provided with your booking. Our pickup service uses a personalized name sign; keep your booking number available so the team can identify your transfer.

The precise meeting point should be the one confirmed for your arrival. If you cannot find your driver, contact our support team with your booking number and flight number. Stay at an identifiable location while the team coordinates with you; do not assume that a different operator or an unconfirmed vehicle is your booked transfer.

If your flight is delayed or replaced

We track the arriving flight and coordinate delayed arrivals. If the airline changes your flight number, travel date or arrival airport, notify us as soon as you have the new details. Flight tracking cannot identify a replacement flight that has not been linked to your reservation.

A delayed flight and a voluntary change to your itinerary are different situations. Contact the team about changes to the booking instead of making another payment or placing a second reservation for the same journey.

Choose space for people and luggage

The booking system lists passenger capacities: Sedan up to 3, Mini Van up to 6, Van up to 12, and Suburban or High Country up to 6. Passenger capacity does not guarantee that every combination of large suitcases, strollers or sports equipment will fit.

Tell us about unusual luggage and ask about child-seat availability before reserving. For a group arriving on different flights, explain the arrival plan so pickup can be coordinated rather than assuming one flight covers everyone.

Keep your confirmation and payment details

Keep the reservation number, service details and contact information accessible. Online payment uses the options available at checkout. If you select Cash to Driver, the amount is due to the driver; the booking confirmation is not proof that cash has already been received.

For a return journey, choose the hotel pickup date and time for that service. Do not copy an arrival time into a departure pickup without checking your flight arrangements. Contact us if you need help planning the two directions.

Use your service details and arriving flight information consistently with the booking instructions. If you are unsure what time to select, contact the team before submitting rather than guessing.

What if my hotel has several buildings or similar names?

Use the exact property name from your accommodation confirmation. Share an address with our team if needed; do not substitute a nearby hotel merely because the name is similar.

Does a private pickup include other customers?

Our service is private for the party on your reservation. Make sure every passenger in your party is included when selecting the vehicle.
